Forces required - Mobile Infantry and armoured units. Maximum 3 companies.
Mission outline - We have just received a report that a large Sardarkan unit is moving South West towards the road joining Carson City to Jefferson City. The unit was sighted yesterday by a farmer but the report has only just got back to us.
We believe that their objective might be a convoy that is planned to move along that road today. This particular convoy is immensely important and cannot fall into enemy hands. The convoy has already left Carson City with an escort from their Brigade but we do not feel that unit is capable of defending the convoy against attack. None of the Governments units will be able to deploy in the time available. Therefore, we need a mercenary escort made up of fast vehicles that can get there in time.
The convoy will consist of four large trucks and it is imperative that these trucks be safe guarded and brought to Jefferson City unopened.
Mission requirements - The mission is to safeguard the convoy and ensure that the four trucks get to Jefferson City intact. The attack is expected to come about 50 km south of Jefferson City so you are to join the convoy 80 km south of Jefferson City and cover it all the way back.
The attack is expected to be carried out by a mix of infantry and fast attack units like jeeps and armoured cars.
The Carson City unit assigned to convoy defence is A Company 2nd Battalion. No Carson City unit has yet seen combat.
Mission reimbursement - The Coopers World Military Finance Division are offering a basic contract price of 9000Cr for this mission. Kill bonuses will be awarded. Further bonuses will be awarded for each unopened truck recovered to Jefferson City.
Mercenaries interested in the contract should submit their response including the size of force they will be committing to the mission to the usual place by the end of the day.
