| Ilford Wargames Group holds an annual open day, trade show and Wargames Competiton. For the last four years this has been held at a local school, usually in the last weekend in June. The format for the two days is to have a Satuday of competition gaming in association with the British Historical Games Society (BHGS), who include the competition for national ranking purposes. This year (2010) we had over 60 competitors in several different periods including ancients, seven years war, and world war two. The rules featured were Field of Glory (FoG), DBMM, King of the Battlefield and Flames of War. With the exception of FoG all of the games were in 15mm (1/100) scale. FoG also included a 25mm competition. |
